#Gather your files
- Take a screenshot of your 3D view: View → 3D Viewer → Edit → Copy 3D Image.
- Collect
.kicad_pro(project),.kicad_sch(schematic), and.kicad_pcb(layout). - Export Gerbers - the industry-standard fabrication format carrying your copper layers, silkscreen, solder mask, drill locations, and outline: File → Fabrication Outputs → Gerbers (.gbr), set an output folder, keep the default layers, click Plot, then Generate Drill Files, and zip the folder.

- In your repo: Add File → Upload files, then drag in the 3D screenshot, the three KiCad files, and the zipped Gerbers. Commit.
- Edit your README to include: what the project is, why you made it, how to use it, a screenshot of the full 3D model, a screenshot of your PCB, a wiring diagram if anything lives off-board, and a BOM table with links at the end.
